The Celtic Herd has a good selection of both in-calf heifers and weanlings for sale off farm. These heifers are Austrian born, and were selected in Jan to March 2016, prior to importation. They come from cows yielding between 6,000 and 9.000 litres, with good solids and have been AI bred for many generations. The in-calf heifers have been bred to some of the top proven Austrian Fleckvieh bulls - mostly to Ivan, Vox and Rumgo. The younger heifers were all born between Sept and Dec '16 and are well grown and healthy. They offer a value for money means of getting into some of these much sought after Fleckvieh bloodlines.
